About Enni

Our History

Enni Fine Foods is a boutique family owned food-store, café, patisserie and catering business. Established in 2005, Enni is run by Gabi Pahan, a professionally trained pastry chef and her sister-in-law, Natalie Tanti who brings a strong business management and marketing background to our business.

Gabi has worked in the hospitality industry for 15 years. Completing her training at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne before working at the Windsor; Telstra Dome; Browns and Laurent with international pastry chefs as well as various gourmet food-stores.

Opening Enni Fine Foods is a culmination of a life-long love affair with food and a passion for old fashioned, wholesome, honest to goodness flavours reminiscent of days gone by, all with a modern edge.

At Enni, we specialize in small batch, high quality sweets and savouries for the discerning private and corporate customer.

Our Philosophy

At Enni Fine Foods, everything is handmade with care and attention to detail by Gabi and her team. We use the best quality fresh ingredients together with family and professional recipes collected over many years.

We also strive to be innovative, bringing the flavours of the world to our cooking, including Gabi's Hungarian, Natalie's Italian and their partners South African Indian heritage.

Whether you come into the café for a relaxing coffee and sweet treat, to order a birthday cake or catering for a special occasion or corporate event, Gabi and Natalie's aim is to share their passion for delicious food with you.
